OUR SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may ask you where you heard about Woodbridge Auto Detail in order to gauge our marketing strategies. We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys. We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been cancelled in advance (see cancellation policy)

CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require 24-hour notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the service cost. Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Woodbridge Auto Detail reserves the right to take full payment if a booking is cancelled on the day without prior agreement. Woodbridge Auto Detail reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know. Woodbridge Auto Detail reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. Failure to be present, or provide adequate access to your vehicle, at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

If there is probable and clear cause that the Detail Pro did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone, email (info@woodbridgeautodetail.com), or submitting a review online. Pictures of the area must be emailed to info@woodbridgeautodetail.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

 

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGES

It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should a Woodbridge Auto Detail “Detail Pro” find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Woodbridge Auto Detail responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car. Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks, should a Woodbridge Auto Detail “Detail Pro” find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however Woodbridge Auto Detail will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections. Woodbridge Auto Detail will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.

 

PAYMENT

Payments rendered by Woodbridge Auto Detail to the Client must be paid in full at least 2 hours prior to service appointment. Any invoiced appointment failing to being successfully charged, will be canceled by Woodbridge Auto Detail. A balance due of 50% of the original cost will be submitted for payment to the Client and must be completed within 10 days of the original appointment.\

 

Woodbridge Auto Detail seeks to provide the best complete mobile auto detailing services throughout the service area. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our mobile auto detailing services and spell out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find these policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our mobile auto detailing services. Should you have additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail: info@woodbridgeautodetail.com Detail services are available for all customers at a standard rate, however, additional travel fees may apply if you are outside of the listed service areas at $1.00 per mile. We would request before the scheduled service appointment, that all personal property removed from the vehicle.  Please remember that every scheduled service appointment is weather permitting. If the weather is inclement for auto detailing work, the appointment will be rescheduled.

 

CANCELLATION, CHANGE OF SERVICE AND REFUND POLICIES

Accordingly, a cancellation fee may apply should a service be cancelled or changed after the cutoff time listed below.

 

Cancellation:

- 24-hrs or more - Full 100% refund will be provided.  Depending on your financial provider, refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to complete the refund.  If it takes longer than seven (7) business days, please call or email us at info@woodbridgeautodetail.com and we will investigate it for you.

- Less than 24-hours - A 50% refund will be provided when cancellation occurs less than 24-hours prior to service.  This also applies to same-day service bookings that are cancelled by the Customer.

 

Change of Service:

- Change of services are available up until the start of the service.  Customer must contact by phone or email and request a change of service details, any price difference will be handled at that time.  If the change lowers the already charged amount, a refund will be submitted to the Customer for the difference of the service costs.  If the requested change requires additional cost, the payment must be completed at the time of the change.  All service changes must be completed prior to the start of scheduled services.

 

Refund:
